Adewale Folowosele, BSc, FCA, FCTI

He has 32 years’ post-graduation experience. His exposure spans auditing, accountancy, consulting and taxation covering Government agencies and parastatals and notable bluechip companies. His professional training includes 16 years in a leading accounting firm and one-year each in a bank and the Bureau of Public Enterprises as Transaction Manager. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School, Lagos Business School, and holds a BSc (Hon) from Obafemi Awolowo University, lle Ife.

Babatunde Kolade, BSc, FCA

He has 32 years’ post-graduation experience. His professional career exposure spans auditing, accountancy, consulting and taxation covering notable blue-chip companies. His working career also includes managing a merchandise business and private school administration. He has spearheaded the establishment of seven (and still counting) leading private secondary institutions in Nigeria.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education/Physics from Obafemi Awolowo University, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (lICAN) 

Benneth Ejindu, HND, CISA, FCA

He has 29 years’ post-graduation experience. His professional career exposure, spans statutory audit, accountancy, investigation, consulting, forensic audit, corporate governance review, and taxation covering notable blue-chip companies. He holds an HND in Accountancy, and is a Fellow of ICAN, and a member of Information Systems Audit & Control Association (1SACA)
